"CPU Fan Error! Press F1 to Run SETUP" and clock not synchronizing

Every time i boot up my PC it comes up with a "CPU Fan Error! Press F1 to Run SETUP". I then have to go to bios settings, press "exit and discard changes" and then the PC will boot up again normally and will work. Also most times the CPU fan won't turn on (i can see that through the glass of the computer).

Aside from that, most times i turn the PC on, the clock (and date) is way out of sync. It's quite easy to manually synchronize again, but it appears that something is wrong.

My motherboard is Strix 8360-F Gaming.

This has been going on for almost a year so i'm desperate for a solution. Thanks in advance!
