Davar is enraged, and wants his money back and instructs his henchman, Kabir, to ensure that Salim returns the money at any and all costs. Amidst heavy betting on Cricket World Cup, he attempts to assist Anita, avoids Davar, viciously assaults Kabir, and goes for financial help to his estranged mother, who he has not visited for several years, even though he recalls that she had asked him to leave after blaming him for the shooting death of his father.
