  9. Update on the fate of cruiser Moskva. Russian defense ministry says the ship hasn’t sunk and efforts are under way to try to tow it to port. Ukraine’s Southern Command says it capsized and is “sinking.” Either way, it is gone as a military asset in this campaign.
