What coins do you use that require hours to wait for a transaction? I wait on average under 1 sec and pay 0.00$ as a fee for a transaction. No company or bank provides that at the moment.

No it is not standard in Europe. Germanys largest online car sales website uses l/100km as standard option when filtering search options. Also normal in Northern-Europe. Never seen any car magazines in Europe mention km/L as fuel consumption metric.
