However, workplaces should absolutely grant time off for mental health issues and it’s a shame that isn’t the case.

Also, if Ben worked a normal job, he could have just quit and worked somewhere else. Naturally the NBA doesn’t allow that hence the whole saga but no one is going to feel bad for a millionaire professional athlete
