They weren't even able to defeat her, they had to basically throw her off the island. And it took a bomb to finally throw her off, and and then she had to get nuked when she fell in the Whole that Law had created bellow the floating Island (and even then, that probably didn't kill her)

Naruto destroyed the moon, Luffy is not beating Naruto, not even with toon force. And it's not even toon force, he's just able to fight in a more free way by giving other objects and people the properties of rubber and he also has more control over his body. That's not going to be anywhere enough to beat someone that can blow up the planet, no matter how you try to spin, Naruto could take out all of the One Piece Universe by himself and fairly easily at that, just stop trying to compare them

Just stop it, Naruto could split Luffy in half. One Piece is favorite piece of fantasy/fiction ever but even I'm not delusional enough to believe that Luffy could beat Naruto.

Now you're nerfing Naruto so that Luffy might stand a chance (he wouldn't) with all his powers while Naruto can only throw punches and kicks. Even then Naruto would be way too fast for Luffy to even touch and has the much superior stamina, he would just need to wait for for Luffy to tire out from using his DF powers. There's also nothing that Luffy could hit Naruto with that would kill him (except maybe if he could somehow find a way to choke him out, which he wouldn't be able to do). Strength and Speed wise, Naruto and the other characters are just superior. That's not to say though that there aren't some Paramecia DF that would allow anyone to beat any character.

Sasuke and Naruto were basically throwing Nukes at eachother when they fought (and still didn't kill each other)... And Tsunade, Hashirama, Madara, and even Sakura (just to name a few) could be torn apart and sliced up and still recover like nothing happened. Like I already said, it's pointless to compare the two when it comes to power scaling and feats. We both agree that One Piece is much superior. One Piece doesn't need to have the strongest or most durable characters to be the best.

One Piece Characters are Island level, there are several Naruto characters that planetary level and continental level strong, vastly different power scaling.

As others mentioned, it doesn't necessarily take away the damage. But in war, he could instantly send heavily injured allies off somewhere to get treated or send his enemies (ones without strong enough haki) to other islands where they would be out of the way. It's and extremely useful DF
