Eh, who’s to say what the optimal experience is for the individual player? If someone can’t get past a certain part of a game are you really saying that lowering difficulty as opposed to dropping the game from frustration is better? Or having them restart all over from the beginning at a easier difficulty. Sounds wrong imo
