    ਇਹ ਸਮਝੌਤਾ ਕੰਮ ਦੇ ਆਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਦ ਕਰਨ ਤੋਂ ਵੀ ਰੋਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੇਕਰ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਐਮਓਯੂ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਦ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਹੋਣ । ਜੇਕਰ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ 'ਤੇ ਦਸਤਖਤ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਮਜਬੂਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਸਤੀਫਾ ਦੇ ਦੇਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ!

    ਅਜਿਹਾ ਸਮਝੌਤਾ ਇਹ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਏਗਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਸਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਰਵਿੰਦ ਕੇਜਰੀਵਾਲ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਕਲੋਨੀ ਹੈ। ਕੋਈ ਪਾਰਦਰਸ਼ਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ, ਕੋਈ ਜਵਾਬਦੇਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਸਦਾ ਲਈ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਕੋਲ ਵੇਚਣਾ ਹੈ।
