Not a coincidence AI became one of the premier shooting guards of all time and Jalen is quickly following in his footsteps. He's been on fire for the last month but now that the Rockets have rested the vets and let him fully take the reins, he's been unstoppable
He was also incredibly efficient tonight and dropped 30 on a playoff team as well. Fun fact he's the first Rockets rookie to accomplish this since Elvin Hayes back in the 60s so not even Sampson, Hakeem, and Steve Francis did this

Fun fact, Allen Iverson had five consecutive 40 POINT games in his rookie year. There was a span in April where he averaged 43.6 PPG on 51% shooting from the field to go with 8 assists in that five game window.
Can't wait to watch him play at the Raptors last home games. It's going to be exciting to see the jams.
Funny enough I saw a lot of Houston fans calling him a bust lol, like give rookies a chance jesus.
First Cade and now Jalen, even the busts in this draft are decent players
the amount of people i told here.. prospects like jalen green rarely come into the league and dominate right off the bat. it’s tough being probably the skinniest guard in the league lol and adjusting to the nba. i expected what happened to A1 - weak start but seriously stepped it up
and he'll only improve further. skys the limit
Ties Steve Francis for 30+ point games as a Rockets rookie. If he gets 30+ points from here on out, he can tie Hakeem!
It’s an easy 30 too. Give him some defensive help and a consistent pg and lord knows what he can do
He is truly special and im lucky to live in Houston so i get to watch every game.
i don’t understand ? this sub told me he was a bust because his CUMSEX/36 was 0.5 points lower than the other rookies !
a lot of those metrics that say he’s the worst player in the league are weighted by +/-, which isn’t a completely fair way to judge a guy who plays heavy minutes on a team that starts Garrison Mathews
