Call me ignorant, lazy or uneducated or a "boomer who just hates modern music" or downvote me for having the same old complain like a lot of others.

Idk why but I liked listening to the radio especially because of how it’s a better way to discover music.

Ever since everything became digital it’s kinda difficult to find real good stuff you like and it’s annoying to hear when People say "well then you aren’t looking well enough there’s plenty of underground stuff"

I don’t really like to search for the underground and i don’t think most people who complain about modern music like to do that.

I liked when I listened to the radio and it just presented to me music, especially because unlike with streaming services where they algorithmically present you music which often just results in the same stuff on the top.

with the radio it had a more human process involved where real humans present you music over radio which often meant that it was probably actually good music and with other people listening to the radio it became popular and through that you could also discover stuff

I miss when the mainstream was good and showed you good stuff and you didn’t have to search for it

Btw: sorry for my English it’s not my native language
