    दिल्ली के बुराड़ी मैदान में आयोजित 'हिंदू महापंचायत' कार्यक्रम के दौरान की रिपोर्टर और रौनक भट्ट के साथ हथापाई की गई. उनके सामान छीन लिया. इनके साथ कई दूसरे पत्रकारों को भी निशाना बनाया गया. इसको लेकर हम मुखर्जी नगर थाने में शिकायत दर्ज करा रहे है.

    With , I had documented the obvious conspiracy that India's law enforcement agencies continue to ignore. Today's Mahapanchayat is just one more event in the same series. That journalists who track this hate were assaulted isn't surprising.

    5 journalists, 4 of them Muslim,1 on assignment for , have been taken by police to the Mukherji Nagar police station in Delhi after a mob at (for which the police had declined permission) discovered their religion, attacked them & deleted videos

    Ma’am, the crowd that was getting ‘agitated’ by the presence of journalists was denied permission for the Hindu Mahapanchayat. Can you please confirm ?

    Brieffacts:Some of the reporters, willingly,on their own free will,to evade the crowd which was getting agitated by their presence,sat in PCR Van stationed at the venue and opted to proceed to Police Stn for security reasons. No one was detained.Due police protection was provided

    Our reporter and producer Rounak Bhat have been manhandled while covering the Hindu Mahapanchayat event at Burari, Delhi. One of the provocations appeared to have been 's report on hate speech slogans at Jantar Mantar last year.
