    Airlines nationalization- 1953. Life insurance nationalization- 1956. Bank nationalization -1969. General insurance nationalization- 1972. Coal mines nationalization- 1971-73. All of these had happened BEFORE and not AFTER the amendment of the Preamble.

    It was inserted into the preamble in 1976 by Indira Gandhi during the emergency. Bank, coal mine, airline, insurance company and other nationalisation followed.

    This hearing took 45 minutes of the Allahabad HC's time. Criminal appeals from 1980s r pending before this HC. Meaning, people who were 30-40 years old r now 70-80 years. This HC has around 10 Lakh pending cases in total. Yet, the Court will rehear this case at 2 PM.
