Stellantis owns Renault's arch rivals Peugeot and Citroen and they did pull out of Russia. I hope they mention this in their advertising.

Frankly though, we shouldn't expect companies to put morals over profit. Joe Biden has banned the sales of luxury goods to and capital investment in Russia. Emmanuel Macron should do the same.

We spend probably a few hundred billion dollars a year in peacetime to deter a Russian attack on Europe. The Ukrainians are doing that job at a fraction of a cost.

Europe can buy oil from many different places, it doesn't have enough liquefaction capacity to diversify its gas supplies.
