Instead of wasting time saying he'll impeach Sec'y Mayorkas, why doesn't Kevin McCarthy vow to do what he was elected to Congress to do-legislate? Why not vow to craft an immigration reform package & work to pass it? What he's doing is purely performative.

If youโ€™re a politician or media figure who sets up the LGBTQ community to be hated and feared - not because any of us ever harmed you but because you find it useful - then donโ€™t you dare act surprised when this kind of violence follows. Donโ€™t you dare act surprised.

Totally agree. Theyโ€™re scum.

I canโ€™t fucking stand the Republican Party. They have no damn regard for the Constitution and our Democracy. They abuse their power to carry out their agenda without doing anything that actually would benefit the country.
I donโ€™t know who needs to hear this, but if you try to stop schools from teaching the history of slavery and racism as well as completely erase black Americans who made a huge impact in history such as Dr. Martin Luther King Jr or Harriet Tubman, you are a white supremacist.

The Statue of Liberty doesnโ€™t say โ€œGive me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses, and then throw them on a bus for some cheap political stunt.โ€ This is America. And these are human beings โ€“ not props. We're better than this. ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

Thanks to President Bidenโ€™s infrastructure bill, remote locations on the Navajo Nation reservation are receiving electricity โ€” for the first time, ever.

Republicans want to raise the age of voting to 21 because 18-21yos voted in droves in the Midterms. This is the same Republican Party that believes that an 18yo is mature enough to purchase an AR15 and a 10yo is old enough to be a mom. Take all the time you need with that.

How can anyone listening to Joe Biden at a press conference - articulate, knowledgeable, sensible, polite, diplomatic, encouraging - EVER want to see his failure of a predecessor returned to the White House? You may not agree with his policies, but he is always presidential.

The GoP in Texas has been in power since 1995, 27 years. All of their ads are saying "vote for us so we can fix everything that is broken in Texas". Again, they have been in power for 27 years had have fixed ZERO.

For the Democrats in Florida who did not vote, shame on you. When open carry, more restrictive voting, and other things you don't like become a reality, don't blame anyone but yourselves. Sitting home was never the answer.

I voted blue because inflation and higher gas prices are temporary, but losing democracy to GQP fascism is forever and also because voting for racist white supremacist neo-Nazi domestic terrorist lying seditionist criminals isnโ€™t an option, EVER. How about you? โœ‹

Our candidates are staring down a tsunami of dark special interest money โ€” but we Democrats believe in ourselves and our values. Believe that we will win and act upon that belief by voting and getting out the vote for Democrats. Our voice is our vote. -NP #BelieveAndVoteDem

So youโ€™re telling me that Democrats just raised Social Security payments by 9% starting in January and there are Social Security recipients out there that will vote for republicans to cut that 9% raise and potentially eliminate the program altogether if they can?๐Ÿค”
It has been five months since Greg Abbott told 21 families in Uvalde that "it could have been worse." Since then, he has refused to do a single thing to reduce gun violence and keep our kids safe. We must vote him out so it doesn't keep getting worse in Texas.
