Commander of The Joint Support and Enabling Command

The Joint Support and Enabling Command (JSEC) is a NATO command located in the city of Ulm, Germany. JSEC is a static operational headquarters with multinational personnel directly subordinate to the Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR) and his Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) in Mons, Belgium.

JSEC's mission is to operationalize a multi-domain network in SACEUR's Area of Responsibility (AOR) to guarantee the enablement of the Alliance to reinforce and sustain military forces in the Euro-Atlantic area with a 360 degree approach. JSEC's alliance-wide, overarching logistic domain affects the land, air and sea domains to be crossed by the troops to reach their area of operations, and it concerns the cyber and space domains as well. Particularly, JSEC focusses on enabling all troop sending, transiting and host nations, and sustaining the reinforcements - in peacetime, crisis and conflict.
