Ballina residents told to ‘leave now’; second death confirmed in Lismore floods

Lismore has experienced one of the worst floods every recorded in the area.

The body of a woman, aged in her 80s, has been found inside a Lismore home, police say. She is the second person confirmed to have died in the flood emergency in northern NSW.
