Choosing a subscription plan+

Stan has three subscription plans available for you to choose from. Each plan is tailored to meet different streaming preferences and budgets. To help you decide which plan is right for you please view the table below.

Our subscription plans are month to month, so you can upgrade or downgrade at any time.

Not all movies and TV shows are available in Full/4K Ultra HD. This is also dependent on your internet connection speed and device capabilities.

Stan recommends the Premium subscription plan for families with different tastes and multiple devices. The Premium plan allows you to stream Stan on up to four devices simultaneously in glorious 4K Ultra HD where available. We also give you the ability to download movies and TV shows to watch offline on up to five iOS/Android devices. That means that you'll never miss out on your own shows when the kids are hogging the TV and want to watch Hey Duggee!

How do I pay for Stan?+

Stan accepts all major Debit/Credit Cards, PayPal and Stan Gift Cards. Additionally, if you were to sign up to Stan on the Apple TV, you could use your iTunes account and pay for Stan using iTunes Gift Cards.

All credit cards are stored with a PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant organisation with banking-grade security procedures and standards. At no point are card numbers visible to us when you subscribe. We also use industry recognised security standards and encryption technology such as SSL/TLS to ensure that all sensitive communication with Stan is encrypted for your security.

Billing history & invoices+

You can follow these steps to retrieve your billing invoices from Stan.

  1. Using a web browser on a Mac or PC, head over to stan.com.au and log in to your account.
  2. Hover your mouse over your profile in the top right corner and select Manage Account.

  3. Scroll down the page and you will find Account History.

  4. Click on one of the charges in that section and it will bring up the relevant tax invoice for you to look through.

  5. The relevant invoice will pop up on your screen. We recommend saving it somewhere safe.

Updating my payment details+

To update your payment details, you can follow the steps below:

  1. Using a web browser on a Mac or PC, head over to stan.com.au and log in to your account.
  2. Hover your mouse over your profile in the top right corner and select Manage Account.

  3. Scroll down under Subscription Information and select Update payment method.

  4. Enter your new payment details into the resulting pop-up box and press Continue to confirm.

    If PayPal is your preferred method of payment, simply enter your PayPal email address and password in the popup box that appears after choosing PayPal.

If you want to contact us, select "No – Contact Stan" below and we’ll get back to you within 15 minutes with a response between the hours of 8am to Midnight AEST – 7 days a week.
