Rising auction listings across the capitals have provided buyers greater choice, weakening clearances in Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra.

This is the second week in a row of Super Saturday auction volumes and the highest number recorded since March 2018.

Nationally, the combined auction volume has grown by 18.4 per cent compared to last week. Taking into account postponed auctions due to lockdowns, this will be the busiest week since May 8.
