    The Premier should not have been fined for not wearing a mask. No one should have been fined. Masks should never have been made mandatory. It’s totally ridiculous and everyone knows it. End the mask mandates now.

    Foley blaming vax rollout for extended lockdown..🙄… how about he acknowledge the Vic Govt not having a booking system in place until June & then it was plagued with issues….no vax campaign, & only recognising GPs & pharmacies until a couple of weeks ago.

    So Daniel Andrews has now backed away from his threat to mandate vaccination on Victoria's judges. Probably a smart move - given it is highly likely to be illegal and the courts would have told him so.

    Asked last week if the government could force judges to be vaccinated given the separation of powers, Daniel Andrews said: "It doesn't matter who you are in Victoria, the Public Health and Wellbeing Act applies to you." This appears wrong.
