Was this Guy spoken to by police and fined for not wearing a mask?

  3. 5 hours ago

The Premier should not have been fined for not wearing a mask. No one should have been fined. Masks should never have been made mandatory. It’s totally ridiculous and everyone knows it. End the mask mandates now.

If you were concerned about not having access to Facebook for 6 hours, wait until you hear that Victorians haven’t had access to the “public health advice” on lockdowns and restrictions for more than 18 months 🤯

You’re seriously not going to believe this, but I promise it’s true. (Thank you to for grabbing the raw footage for me)

The state government appears to have quietly watered down its mandatory vaccination directions, potentially exempting thousands of Victorians from the tough crackdown. Commonwealth employees and people who work in connection with court proceedings now appear exempt.

CALLS TO RESIGN: Just a few weeks into his second chance as Vic Libs leader, there are already calls for Matthew Guy to resign after he led a push for "human contact" Grand Final gatherings. The illegal gatherings led to a massive surge of 500 cases.

  8. Foley blaming vax rollout for extended lockdown..🙄… how about he acknowledge the Vic Govt not having a booking system in place until June & then it was plagued with issues….no vax campaign, & only recognising GPs & pharmacies until a couple of weeks ago.

  9. So Daniel Andrews has now backed away from his threat to mandate vaccination on Victoria's judges. Probably a smart move - given it is highly likely to be illegal and the courts would have told him so.

BERNIE BUSTED: Scandal-plagued Vic Libs' Bernie Finn has posted a photo of Dan Andrews and Brett Sutton and stated that they're "laughing" yesterday at the announcement of 1,438 cases. The same photo of Brett and Dan appeared in Herald Sun on 20th February.

In the lead up to the Grand Final, Matthew Guy called for more human contact. From the covid numbers stemming from GF weekend, it seems there was plenty of that. Well done Matthew - you got your wish.

Premier Daniel Andrews tells reporters he is “absolutely not” prepared to stand down while IBAC investigates his dealings with the firefighters’ union following further reports of corruption and financial mismanagement

  15. Oct 4

We will be debating this in Parliament tomorrow. The public deserves to know the human rights considerations taken into account for vaccine mandate directions.

Victoria’s anti-corruption body, IBAC, has been examining the conduct of Premier Daniel Andrews and a senior public servant over their role in controversial deals that benefited the firefighters’ union and its boss, Peter Marshall.

Liberal says the state govt should’ve bought vaccines earlier and rolled them out earlier. The Premier has previously said in a news conference that Victoria can’t buy COVID vaccines directly, it’s a responsibility of the Commonwealth.

  19. I’m sure the age will have a keen eye on this. 😉Matthew Guy organised meeting for company executive seeking to have land rezoned, IBAC hearing told - ABC News

Asked last week if the government could force judges to be vaccinated given the separation of powers, Daniel Andrews said: "It doesn't matter who you are in Victoria, the Public Health and Wellbeing Act applies to you." This appears wrong.

  21. Oct 5

The Age's article of speculative and unfounded claims on Daniel Andrews regarding IBAC would not exist if Gladys Berejiklian was not under investigation by ICAC. It's simply a 'look over there' distraction.
