Small brick unit built late 70s, may have had wiring updated since but not sure. We'd like to replace some of the light fixtures (4 upstairs, 3 downstairs) & repair an outdoor security light. Curious to know if we need to have it rewired, hoping that we don't.

Urgent! See photos attached.The wild winds past few days have blown the already broken fence where it is about to collapse soon! Next door is an empty block. It had 2 trees whose roots went under the fence and I managed to contact the owner to chop and remove the trees recently. he has removed as much of the stumps but some remained on my side of the land. Hope some reliable person can repair ASAP . In addition , I am considering replacing all the willow reed fencing that runs the perimeter of my land. Thanks , Celia. We have 3 trees to be pruned, most likely using a pole saw. 2 as result of wind damage earlier this month. It's a Qld Box with a large branch hanging snapped. The Blue Gum next to it needs a large branch growing sideways through the Box tree cut out. Also, a She-Oak needs pruning as its getting too large. A neighbor has a job to be done on a Banksia that stands over the back fence. It would be appreciated if you offer pension / senior discount. Thanks in advance and looking forward to hearing back soon.
