    What kind of argument is this? There are also countries which have dictators and countries where people are beheaded for minor offences and also countries where all drugs are decriminalized. Kal ko Taliban ya North Korea ko bhi cite karoge kya justification ke liye?

    ASG (from the order): There are countries in which such offences are getting death penalties.. In such classes of cases, bail should be exception and not rule.

    कश्मीरी पंडित की हत्या हुई। विस्थापन की खबरें फैलने लगीं। मस्जिदों से ऐलान हुए कि पंडितों की रक्षा करें। पंडितों ने उसका स्वागत किया। सुरक्षाबलों को भी ताक़त मिली। फिलहाल स्थिति बेहतर है। बताइए इससे दुखी कौन होगा? वही न जो चाहता है कि वहाँ खून बहे यहाँ बदला चिल्लाकर वोट मिले?

    के साथ यक़ीनन बहुत नाइंसाफ़ी हो रही है। इस तरह के अपराध में ज़मानत तो हर किसी का हक है। चाहे वो आम हो या ख़ास। पर 11 दिन से जेल में और अभी एक हफ़्ते और।आगे का भी पता नहीं। ये सरासर अन्याय है और त्रासदी ये है कि अदालत भी जाने अनजाने एक बड़ी साज़िश का हिस्सा बन रही है।
