Plot: The sci-fi drama 'Iron Cloud' tells the story of two brothers living in the eastern totalitarian country. Life for them takes a turn for the worse after the younger brother gets beaten during an interrogation and the older one, with his wife and daughter, are brutally intimidated by police. The boy hatches a plan of escape to an unnamed, free, technologically advanced neighboring country. The technocratic West will welcome the immigrants with open arms and give them shelter, but not exactly in a way they have always expected. Their new home, apparently a perfect place to live, will soon turn out to be only a new version of prison people build for one another.

Plot: While Nick Cameron is returning to England from the continent with mysterious cargo in the cabin section of his small aircraft, he is thrown off-course by a severe electrical storm and loses radio contact. To his surprise and horror, he is arrested upon landing and accused of being a traitor in connection with the cargo he has been carrying - which, unknown to him, contained plutonium. Although he pleads innocent, Nick is not believed and is sentenced to a long term in prison. While in prison, he is subjected to special experimentation at a mysterious laboratory - with one unnerving, and unexpected, side-effect of the experiments being intermittent invisibility.
