Okay so now we're going to talk about how to pinch someone effectively in a real self defense scenario.
So, let's say that she's grabbing me for example, Okay? The first thing that I want to be aware is how to effectively use my fingers, like the thumb and the index are going to come together, Okay, this way and I'm going to grab, not too much, not too little either, just in the middle, so I can rotate it, Okay, I can rotate skin, Okay?
So what I'm going to do is like I'm going to go for one spot, if we move just a little bit I'll say we can see her line, Okay? Right here, we have one spot, three fingers above and we can pinch that specific part, it's very painful. So again, she grabs me and what I'm going to do is I'm going to pinch and I'm going to move her away, Okay? It's very effective, again, I pinch and I move it away, so it's like pinching and pushing, Okay?
Not only pinching, pinching and pushing, that's if you use this as a target itself. It's like, 'I don't want to do anything else, I just want to pinch someone.' So again, it's pinching and pushing away, so I'm going to attack her and she's going to do the same, pinching and, after that pushing, exactly, again, pinching and pushing, nice, Okay?
But you can also use that as part of a technique. So, let's say that I want to distract her and she's covering herself pretty well, we are in a very close distance, I pinch and I move to the side and I can punch, Okay? Pinch her again and I can move her and punch, very important to know where you want to move that person, you have to calculate that, if I want to push her to this side, I have to pinch and pull a little bit, Okay? So I have this side and I can punch her, Okay?
So, there are some places where you can pinch, you can pinch pretty much wherever you want but there are more effective places, for example, this you can pinch, very effective, if you want to move that person to the side, you can pinch her here, Okay, very effective too if you want to move her backwards, by doing this Okay, I'm going to move her away a little bit, Okay? Then I can pinch her arm. I can even pinch her leg if I'm under, Okay, if I'm on the floor, Okay? But you need to keep that in mind, that the difference between pinching itself as a target and pinching, as part of a technique.
And that's how you properly pinch in a self defense scenario.

Pinch (cooking)
A pinch in cooking (pn) is an amount of an ingredient, typically salt, sugar, or spice. Traditionally it was defined as "an amount that can be taken between the thumb and forefinger". Historically the pinch was more precisely defined by Leslie Godwin as approximately 1⁄8 teaspoon.
In the early 2000s some companies began selling measuring spoons that defined (or redefined) a dash as 1⁄8 teaspoon, a pinch as 1⁄16 teaspoon, and a smidgen as 1⁄32 teaspoon. Based on these spoons, there are two pinches in a dash and two smidgens in a pinch.
One pinch of fine salt is approximately 1⁄4 gram (20–24 pinches per teaspoon), while one pinch of sugar is 1⁄2 – 1⁄3 = 1⁄6 gram.

Pinch (plasma physics)
A pinch is the compression of an electrically conducting filament by magnetic forces. The conductor is usually a plasma, but could also be a solid or liquid metal. Pinches were the first device used by mankind for controlled nuclear fusion.
The phenomenon may also be referred to as a Bennett pinch (after Willard Harrison Bennett), electromagnetic pinch,magnetic pinch,pinch effect or plasma pinch.
Pinches occur naturally in electrical discharges such as lightning bolts, the aurora,current sheets, and solar flares.
Basic mechanism
Types
Pinches exist in laboratories and in nature. Pinches differ in their geometry and operating forces. These include:
Common behavior
Pinches may become unstable. They radiate energy as light across the whole electromagnetic spectrum including radio waves, x-rays,gamma rays,synchrotron radiation, and visible light. They also produce neutrons, as a product of fusion.
Applications and devices
Pinches are used to generate X-rays and the intense magnetic fields generated are used in electromagnetic forming of metals. They also have applications in particle beams including particle beam weapons, astrophysics studies and it has been proposed to use them in space propulsion. "Move" is a single by CSS, it is the third released from the album Donkey. It was released on October 13, 2008. It was remixed by Cut Copy and Frankmusik. The single failed to chart everywhere, except for Italy. It is featured in the forever 21 playlist. A remix of the song was used for a jazz routine on So You Think You Can Dance season 5, which was performed by Janette Manrana and Evan Kasprzak, and later season 8 for a solo by jazz dancer Missy Morelli.

Move (Moby song)
"Move" (sometimes subtitled "You Make Me Feel So Good") is a song by American electronica musician Moby. It was his first release on Mute Records in the UK and on Elektra Records in the U.S. Released in September 1993, it hit number 1 on the U.S. Billboard Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart and number 21 on the UK Singles Chart.
"All That I Need Is to Be Loved" was released as a single, and later included (in a different version) on Everything Is Wrong (1995). Remixes of "Move" was featured on the Everything Is Wrong (DJ Mix album) (1996).
It was released as a non-album EP and served as Moby's sixth single release overall. "Move" was engineered by Curt Frasca.

Méo is a town in the far west of Ivory Coast, near the border with Liberia. It is a sub-prefecture of Toulépleu Department in Cavally Region, Montagnes District.

Magneto-optical drive
A magneto-optical drive is a kind of optical disc drive capable of writing and rewriting data upon a magneto-optical disc. Both 130 mm (5.25 in) and 90 mm (3.5 in) form factors exist. The technology was introduced commercially in 1985. Although optical, they appear as hard disk drives to the operating system and can be formatted with any file system. Magneto-optical drives are common in some countries, such as Japan because of the success of the Sony MiniDisc, but have fallen into disuse in other countries.
Technical aspects
Early drives are 130 mm and have the size of full-height 130 mm hard-drives (like in the IBM PC XT). 130 mm media looks similar to a CD-ROM enclosed in an old-style caddy, while 90 mm media is about the size of a regular 3½-inch floppy disk, but twice the thickness. The cases provide dust resistance, and the drives themselves have slots constructed in such a way that they always appear to be closed. Original MO systems are WORM (write once, read many), and later systems are read/write.

Pinch (cooking)
A pinch in cooking (pn) is an amount of an ingredient, typically salt, sugar, or spice. Traditionally it was defined as "an amount that can be taken between the thumb and forefinger". Historically the pinch was more precisely defined by Leslie Godwin as approximately 1⁄8 teaspoon.
In the early 2000s some companies began selling measuring spoons that defined (or redefined) a dash as 1⁄8 teaspoon, a pinch as 1⁄16 teaspoon, and a smidgen as 1⁄32 teaspoon. Based on these spoons, there are two pinches in a dash and two smidgens in a pinch.
One pinch of fine salt is approximately 1⁄4 gram (20–24 pinches per teaspoon), while one pinch of sugar is 1⁄2 – 1⁄3 = 1⁄6 gram.
