According to ancient and medieval science, aether (Greek αἰθήρ aithēr), also spelled æther or ether, also called quintessence, is the material that fills the region of the universe above the terrestrial sphere. The concept of aether was used in several theories to explain several natural phenomena, such as the traveling of light and gravity. There were five basic elements in the Ancient Greece:
– Earth (γῆ ge),
– Water (ὕδωρ hudor),
– Air (ἀήρ aer),
– Fire (πῦρ pur),
– Aether (αἰθήρ aither).
These five elements were sometimes associated with the five platonic solids. Indeed, it was Plato that used the term 'element (στοιχεῖον, stoicheion)' for the first time.
However, Aristotle described each of the four elements by the two of the four sensible qualities. His 'On Generation and Corruption' states:
– Fire is both hot and dry,
– Air is both hot and wet,
– Water is both cold and wet,
– Earth is both cold and dry.
What's more, Aristotle also added a fifth element (called 'aether'). His reasoning was that fire, earth, air, and water were earthly and corruptible, so the stars cannot be made out of any of the four elements. Instead, they must be made of a different, unchangeable, heavenly substance.

What is Aether?
Aether is a unique essence of life force energy that flows through the universe and most of existence. The source of Quintessence, Chi, Aura, and Mana.
It is the mystical celestial element that is also known as the 5th element itself.
~ Fire, Water, Air, Earth and Aether.
In Plato's Timaeus, speaking on the topic of air, Plato mentions that "there is the most translucent kind which is called by the name of aether.
One claim is that Aether is the pure essence that the Mythological gods lived and breathed in the same way humans did with air.
Another claim is that Aether is the force used by God himself to create the Universe. Another reference would be in the Hermeticist book "The Kybalion" that not only explain its nature but the plane it comes from.
There have been many claims and theories made by alchemists, philosophers, and scientists, such as Nikola Tesla, and Dayton Miller that confirm the Aether's existence.

ØØ Void (pronounced in interviews as Double-O Void) is the debut studio album by Sunn O))). The album was recorded to 24 track 2" tape at Grandmaster studios in Hollywood, a large step forward in production values from the band's demo The Grimmrobe Demos.
The third track, "Rabbits' Revenge", is an interpretation of an early version of the song "Hung Bunny" by the Melvins from the album Lysol.
The album was originally released in 2000, by Hydra Head in the USA, and by Rise Above in Europe and the United Kingdom. In 2008, ØØ Void was reissued, and released in Japan only, through Japanese record label Daymare Recordings. The reissue was a two-disc set, with the first disc containing all of the original tracks from ØØ Void and the second disc containing a collaboration between Sunn O))) and experimental/industrial group Nurse with Wound. The album was re-released in the original single-disc format in 2011 by Southern Lord Recordings, with new album artwork by Stephen Kasner.

The word αἰθήρ (aithēr) in Homeric Greek means "pure, fresh air" or "clear sky". In Greek mythology, it was thought to be the pure essence that the gods breathed, filling the space where they lived, analogous to the air breathed by mortals. It is also personified as a deity, Aether, the son of Erebus and Nyx in traditional Greek mythology. Aether is related to αἴθω "to incinerate", and intransitive "to burn, to shine" (related is the name Aithiopes (Ethiopians; see Aethiopia), meaning "people with a burnt (black) visage"). Plot: Lionel, a Mama's boy has the unwanted honor of having to look after his overbearingly evil mother. He ends up falling in love with a local woman who believes that they're destined together. It's only a matter of time before she rises from the dead a powerful, bloodthirsty zombie. It's only a matter of time before she starts infecting residents of the town and Lionel has to stop her...and them.

These five elements were sometimes associated with the five platonic solids. Indeed, it was Plato that used the term 'element (στοιχεῖον, stoicheion)' for the first time.
However, Aristotle described each of the four elements by the two of the four sensible qualities. His 'On Generation and Corruption' states:
– Fire is both hot and dry,
– Air is both hot and wet,
– Water is both cold and wet,
– Earth is both cold and dry.

Aether is a unique essence of life force energy that flows through the universe and most of existence. The source of Quintessence, Chi, Aura, and Mana.

There were five basic elements in the Ancient Greece:
– Earth (γῆ ge),
– Water (ὕδωρ hudor),
– Air (ἀήρ aer),
– Fire (πῦρ pur),
– Aether (αἰθήρ aither).
These five elements were sometimes associated with the five platonic solids. Indeed, it was Plato that used the term 'element (στοιχεῖον, stoicheion)' for the first time.
However, Aristotle described each of the four elements by the two of the four sensible qualities. His 'On Generation and Corruption' states:
– Fire is both hot and dry,
– Air is both hot and wet,
– Water is both cold and wet,
– Earth is both cold and dry.
What's more, Aristotle also added a fifth element (called 'aether'). His reasoning was that fire, earth, air, and water were earthly and corruptible, so the stars cannot be made out of any of the four elements. Instead, they must be made of a different, unchangeable, heavenly substance.

What is Aether?
Aether is a unique essence of life force energy that flows through the universe and most of existence. The source of Quintessence, Chi, Aura, and Mana.
It is the mystical celestial element that is also known as the 5th element itself.
~ Fire, Water, Air, Earth and Aether.
In Plato's Timaeus, speaking on the topic of air, Plato mentions that "there is the most translucent kind which is called by the name of aether.
One claim is that Aether is the pure essence that the Mythological gods lived and breathed in the same way humans did with air.
Another claim is that Aether is the force used by God himself to create the Universe. Another reference would be in the Hermeticist book "The Kybalion" that not only explain its nature but the plane it comes from.
There have been many claims and theories made by alchemists, philosophers, and scientists, such as Nikola Tesla, and Dayton Miller that confirm the Aether's existence.
