Peter Griffin is one of the main characters of the American animated sitcom Family Guy. He is voiced by cartoonist Seth MacFarlane and first appeared on television, along with the rest of the family, in the 15-minute short on December 20, 1998. Peter was created and designed by MacFarlane himself. MacFarlane was asked to pitch a pilot to the Fox Broadcasting Company based on Larry & Steve, a short made by MacFarlane which featured a middle-aged character named Larry and an intellectual dog, Steve. After the pilot was given the green light, The Griffin family appeared on the episode "Death Has a Shadow".
Peter is married to Lois Griffin and is the father of Meg, Chris, and Stewie. He also has a dog named Brian, with whom he is best friends. He has worked at a toy factory, and at Quahog's Brewery. Despite the suburban blue-collar routine of his life, he has had a number of remarkable experiences.
Peter's voice was inspired by a janitor that MacFarlane heard at his school. His appearance was a redesign of the protagonist Larry from MacFarlane's previous animated short films The Life of Larry and Larry & Steve. He has appeared in several pieces of Family Guy merchandise, including toys, T-shirts and a video game, and has made crossover appearances in other shows, including The Simpsons, South Park, Drawn Together, American Dad!, and the Family Guy spin-off The Cleveland Show.
"Peter Griffin: Husband, Father...Brother?" is the 14th episode of the third season of Family Guy. During the closing credits of this episode, the beginning theme song is redone in a hip-hop/rap style sung by Peter. This episode is rated TV-14 D.
When Chris starts speaking in ebonics after being towel guy in his school's predominantly black basketball team, Peter tries to get Chris to connect with his Irish heritage, and a trip to the genealogical library reveals the Griffin family has a black ancestor, Nate Griffin, who was a slave owned by the Pewterschmidt family. Meanwhile, Stewie becomes obsessed with the cheerleaders at Buddy Cianci Junior High because he believes they have mind control powers, and begins following them and listening to their conversations to learn about their techniques on how to pump up the audience during basketball games.
After Peter finds out about Nate, he decides to reach his black roots by going to a meeting with Cleveland, but fails. He learns someone got Rice Krispie treats as compensation from a family that used to own their ancestor. When Carter appears to inform the children of the Pewterschmidt side of the family after hearing of Peter's lineage, it is revealed from a photograph that the ancestors of the family kept Nate Griffin as a slave. Peter demands "Rice Krispie treats" from Carter Pewterschmidt, who offers him $10,000, then gives him $20,000 because he assumes Rice Krispie treats is black slang for money. Peter squanders the money to convert the den into a replica of Pee-wee's Playhouse, which angers Lois.

Donald John Trump, Sr. (born June 14, 1946) is an American businessperson and media personality. He is the chairman and president of The Trump Organization and the founder of Trump Entertainment Resorts. Trump's career, branding efforts, personal life, wealth, and outspoken manner have made him famous throughout the country. Since 2015, he is also a candidate for the Republican nomination for President of the United States in the 2016 election.
Trump is a native of New York City and a son of Fred Trump, who inspired him to enter real estate development. After two years at Fordham University and while studying at Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Trump worked for his father's firm, Elizabeth Trump & Son. Upon graduating in 1968 he joined the company, and in 1971 was given control, renaming the company "The Trump Organization". Since then he has built hotels, golf courses, and other properties, many of which bear his name. He is a major figure in the American business scene and has received prominent media exposure. The NBC reality show The Apprentice bolstered his fame, and his three marriages were extensively reported in tabloids.
The 2016 presidential campaign of Donald John Trump, real estate magnate and television personality, formally launched on June 16, 2015.Donald Trump announced his candidacy for President of the United States in the 2016 election at the Trump Tower in New York City with the slogan "Make America Great Again." His campaign manager is Corey Lewandowski.
Trump's populist and nativist politics brought him tremendous support among working-class voters, including voters without college educations, amid heavy and frequent controversies in the news media. His proposed policies and his statements about the state of the country have propelled him to be the consistent Republican front-runner in public opinion polls. A number of his remarks have been considered controversial by many political figures and notably many mainstream media outlets, whose constant reporting of the events has arguably aided Trump's rise in the polls. Persistent media coverage partnered with his ability to effectively self-finance his entire campaign has efficiently allowed him to eschew the super PAC model, which he regularly criticizes along with politicians who use the model for their own campaign fundraising. His abstention from political correctness has been a staple theme of his campaign, and proved to be popular among his supporters. Trump's most polarizing and widely reported statements have been on issues of immigration and border security, with Trump proposing deportation of all illegal immigrants, a substantial wall on the Mexican-American border, and a temporary ban on alien Muslims entering the U.S., while speaking extensively about perceived issues pertaining to illegal immigrants travelling over the Mexican border into the U.S.
"Donald Trump" is the third official single from American rapper Mac Miller, and the only song released as an official single from his mixtape Best Day Ever. The melody, which is played throughout the song, is taken from "Vesuvius" by Sufjan Stevens. The music video to the song was uploaded to YouTube on March 3, 2011, while the single was released digitally on May 17, 2011. "Donald Trump" is also incorrectly included as a bonus track on the tracklist of some versions of Mac Miller's debut album Blue Slide Park. Miller himself confirmed that the song does not feature on the album. The song was dedicated to the American business magnate Donald Trump.
The money-inspired hip-hop song refers to business magnate Donald Trump, particularly Mac Miller's ambitions to become wealthy and successful like him ("Take over the world when I'm on my Donald Trump shit/Look at all this money, ain't that some shit?"). In August 2011, shortly after the music video to the song reached 20 million views on YouTube, Donald Trump himself praised the song and branded the young Pittsburgh rapper as "the next Eminem". Mac Miller responded appreciatively, but played down any comparisons between himself and Eminem.

If I could find a place
To leave this world behind.
Somewhere in time and space
Where i could ease my mind.
I'd take you there;
Where we could be alone.
No one can find this place;
The secret will be ours.
With no more pain to face;
We'll live amongst the stars.
In solitude, and we can wonder free.
Alone, at last just you and me.
Our island universe;
A world unto its own.
Forgetting all the worst of times,
They're gone,
You know we are as one
To make a life of peace.
