The Usual Suspects

The Usual Suspects is a 1995 American neo-noirmystery crime thriller film directed by Bryan Singer and written by Christopher McQuarrie. It stars Stephen Baldwin, Gabriel Byrne, Benicio del Toro, Kevin Pollak, Chazz Palminteri, Pete Postlethwaite and Kevin Spacey.

The film follows the interrogation of Roger "Verbal" Kint, a small-time con man who is one of only two survivors of a massacre and fire on a ship docked at the Port of Los Angeles. He tells an interrogator a convoluted story about events that led him and his partners in crime to the boat, and about a mysterious mob boss known as Keyser Söze who commissioned their work. Using flashback and narration, Kint's story becomes increasingly complex.

The film, shot on a $6 million budget, began as a title taken from a column in Spy magazine called The Usual Suspects, after one of Claude Rains' most memorable lines in the classic film Casablanca. Singer thought it would make a good title for a film, the poster for which he and McQuarrie had developed as the first visual idea.

Supernatural (season 2)

Season two of Supernatural, an American paranormal drama television series created by Eric Kripke, premiered on September 28, 2006, and concluded on May 17, 2007, airing 22 episodes. The season focuses on protagonists Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean Winchester (Jensen Ackles) as they track down Azazel, the demon responsible for the deaths of their mother Mary and father John. They attempt to discover the demon's plan for Sam and other psychic children—young adults who were visited by Azazel as infants and given abilities, and whose mothers often then died in a fire. During their travels, they use their father's journal to help them carry on the family business—saving people and hunting supernatural creatures.

The season aired on Thursdays at 9:00 pm ET in the United States, and was the first season to air on The CW television network, a joint venture of The WB and UPN. The previous season was broadcast on The WB. It averaged only about 3.14 million American viewers, and was in danger of not being renewed. The cast and crew garnered many award nominations, but the episodes received mixed reviews from critics. While both the brotherly chemistry between the lead actors and the decision to finish the main storyline were praised, the formulaic structure of the episodes was criticized.

Deeper Than Rap

Deeper Than Rap is the third studio album by American rapper Rick Ross. It was released on April 21, 2009, by his record label Maybach Music Group and Slip-n-Slide Records; distributed by Def Jam Recordings. Recording sessions for the album took place during 2008 to 2009, while the additional productions was handled by The Inkredibles, The Runners, DJ Toomp and Drumma Boy; as well as guest appearances from Nas, Avery Storm, Foxy Brown and Ne-Yo, among others. During the album's development, some controversy arose over the releasing of photos, showing Ross working as a correctional officer during his ongoing feud with a fellow rapper 50 Cent.

It was supported by three singles: "Magnificent" featuring John Legend, "Maybach Music 2" featuring Kanye West, Lil Wayne and T-Pain, and "All I Really Want" featuring The-Dream; alongside the promotional single "Mafia Music".

Deeper Than Rap received generally positive reviews from music critics. The album debuted at number one on the Billboard 200, selling 158,000 copies its first week in the United States. As of August 2010, the album has sold 439,000 copies in the United States.

Day of the Dead (album)

Day of the Dead is the fourth studio album by American rap rock band Hollywood Undead. Originally set to be released October 2014, Day of the Dead was released March 31, 2015, on Interscope Records.

Singles and promotion

To promote the new album, the band will embark on the Album Release tour, beginning March 9, 2014 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and ending on March 30 in Los Angeles, California. Fans that purchase tickets will have access to a digital download of the album (including every single released before the album's arrival). Prior to the release of the first single, it was hyped up through social media websites such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. On October 21, 2014, the first single from the album, "Day for the Dead", was released through Revolver Magazine. The name of the album was also revealed, being the same as the single.

It was announced that the album would be available for preorder on February 17, along with the release of the second song from the album, "Usual Suspects".
