Get a ripped six pack and tight waist here http://athleanx.com/x/ripped-to-the-core Are you doing ab workouts but find that you still can’t get rid of the fat? Well, that’s because you’ll never be able to get rid of belly fat by doing ab workouts alone. Anyone that will tell you that is likely selling you a “shortcut” and isn’t qualified to be giving you workout advice (even if it is free) In this video, I show you how to stop that bloated abs look by learning how to breathe properly during your ab workouts. While you should exhale on the exertion of any ab exercise, you don’t want to blow out (meaning, allowing your belly to protrude or extend during the exhale). Instead, you want to be sure that you cinch your belly down as you exhale. This will feel a bit awkward if you are not u...
Train your abs like an athlete with over 105 ab exercises here http://athleanx.com/x/complete-training-program-here You’ve probably heard that full sit-ups are bad for your back and will destroy your spine. That might be a true statement, if you do your sit ups wrong. You see, spinal flexion is one of the motions available to your spine. When laying on your back, as you would before a situp or crunch, your abs are responsible for the curling of your trunk off the ground. Where this goes wrong is when people lack the stability of their pelvis during the motion. In this video, I show you how to be sure that you keep your hips and pelvis where they need to be to avoid many of the dangers of the full military sit up on your spine. The military physical readiness exams require that you b...
Get ripped abs and a strong core training like an athlete http://athleanx.com/x/get-a-ripped-athletic-core-here Do you have low back pain or tight hip flexors and have been told you need to do more core exercises to get your core strong and get rid of your problems? If so, you need to watch this video and see the truth about ab and core training when it comes to lower back pain and lower body tightness. Your body craves stabilization, particularly in the area of the spine. If you have any type of instability in this crucial area, your body will find ways to compensate to create the strength that you lack. In the best case scenario, your abs and core would be providing the stability that your spine needs. Unfortunately, often times this is not the case. Weak core muscles and abs in p...

Get your one way ticket from Snap City to Muscleville http://athleanx.com/x/one-way-ticket Any exercise can become the worst exercise if you perform it incorrectly. That said, certain exercises deserve the title of the "worst exercise ever" simply because of the low reward, high risk nature of it. In this video, I show 5 of the worst exercises for building muscle and what you can do instead. Each of the exercises listed in this video is included because of the high risk low reward that it offers. As a physical therapist and strength coach for professional athletes, I have to know where to draw the line between the two. If a quarterback or pitcher of mine wants to do max overhead snatches, I'm going to tell them it's a bad idea. Why? Because there are other ways to train upper body ...
Build a ripped athletic body while fixing your shoulders here… http://athleanx.com/x/get-a-bulletproof-body Shoulder pain and popping is one of the most common causes of missed workouts. Shoulder injuries are incredibly popular among gym goers, but not surprising when you consider the amount of mobility the shoulder joint has and the many ways we abuse that in our training. In this video, I’m going to show you a short term and long term fix for shoulder pain and the popping, cracking, etc that goes along with it. Start training hard and stop letting your bad shoulders get in the way of your progress in the gym. First, you must understand that there are many potential causes of shoulder pain when working out. Most often however it comes from an imbalance between the internal and exter...
Time was when you wanted to train for six-pack abs, you'd do crunches. Well, crunches get a bad rap these days. And honestly, there IS a reason they're not necessarily a great exercise (repeated, high-repetition flexing of the spine with very little resistance can cause issues in the long term). http://www.thebestabdominalexercises.com That being said, if you want six-pack abs, I believe you SHOULD still train spinal flexion, which is the basic purpose of a crunch... ...just don't use a "normal" crunch. This 3-phase cable crunch exercise is goes beyond simple spinal flexion. Because in addition to spinal flexion, there will be an isometric component (similar to a roll-out) AND a supported spinal extension component (almost like "pushing" crunch). Don't worry if you can't visualize t...

My Site: http://fitnessoriented.com/ Out of all the exercise machines in the gym, the ab crunch machine is among the very worst. Although this exercise does workout your abs, that is no indication of it being good for your body. Many people due to sitting in bad postures over the years and bending at their waist develop a bulging disc at various areas of their spine. Discs serve to act as shock absorbers between your vertebral bones. The inner layer of the disk is gooey, while the outer layer is hard. A bulging disc happens when that inner layer causes the outer layer to bulge out. When one has a prolapsed disc, the inner layer escapes the outer layer. This can be a major deal because nerves coming out of the spinal cord can then become compressed. This can lead to nerve pain tr...

Paralyzed by fear
As the vultures pick at my feet
And my skin is simply ripped off
In the blackness of the void
The merciless punishments of man
Are treated with nonchalance
They Come
They Come
For Me
Winged demons
They live their lives
Agony and bitterness
They come for me
With heartless, thirsty mouths
They Come
They Come
For Me
Rip at my face
Get them away
They come for me
In the darkness of the day
They Come
