    The Minneapolis city attorney has accused the head of the city's Police Conduct Oversight Commission of misusing her position by criticizing Mayor Jacob Frey and endorsing his challenger Kate Knuth on social media posts.

    Before I left Minneapolis, I had the opportunity to sit down w/ the Star Tribune to tell my story. It wasn't easy to relive the harassment I endured, but now that I'm no longer bound by the blue wall of silence I hope this can spark some change in a dept that desperately needs it

    The only Minneapolis officer formally disciplined for misconduct tied to last year's riot response has left her job and Minnesota. Before going, Colleen Ryan spoke about her experiences and a complaint she filed with Minnesota Department of Human Rights.

    Ryan says her coworkers turned on her after learning she supported Clinton, who they considered the anti-cop candidate. When she took part in the 2017 women's march, her entire shift refused to partner with her and purposely stalled when she asked for backup, she says.
