    Absolutely disgusting! I placed an order £44 on the 20th for collection! They lied 3 times stating they tried to collect and they just collected the item today!!! 12 FULL days and 3 NO SHOWS!!! Asked for a refund and will not pay me! DO NOT USE!

    I have paid for an international delivery (£27) that was supposed to take 3 days. Almost 6 weeks later the parcel was still here in the UK. I have decided to get the parcel back and find another company. They charged me £40 to send me the parcel back and can't give me an ETA.
