Yep already feeling the career impacts of being disabled and #HighRisk as a result of #LongCovid - declining networking events, conferences, funder engagement, business meetings, bc we’re “back to normal” which means normalizing inequity for disabled people

so here's the thing: I've now been invited to speak at two in-person events that did not have sufficient COVID safety measures in place at the time I was asked to confirm my involvement (no required masks, no capacity limits in rooms, no virtual option to participate, etc)...
