    I can't emphasize this enough, this kind of talk together with the "groomer" attack picked up by conservatives is going to result in violence. This is eliminationist rhetoric with stark parallels to the Weimar Republic. It. Can. Happen. Here. We can lose it all so fast.

    This is not theoretical. Just this Sunday, a man walked into an LGBTQ bar in Brooklyn with a gas canister and set it on fire with people in it. Luckily, no one was seriously harmed but that won't always be the case.

    The video itself was chilling. It was a categorical dehumanization of LGBTQ people, especially trans folks. She categorized LGBTQ people as the cause of the decline of the US. If someone is a threat to the country, any form of violence is permissible against them.
