    The denial of bail may sound harsh but Supreme Court is absolutely right. The message must go all across that none is above law especially these so called VVIPs. Even today I get chill down my spine when I think of Delhi Sikh riots. It can never be erased.

    Highly thoughtful observation by the Supreme Court. It has recently observed that purpose of the verification of caste certificates is to avoid false and bogus claims. Repeated inquiries for verification of caste certificates are detrimental to the members of SC/ST.
