A morals clause in Pitino's contract provided the school more than just cause for terminating him ... James Ramsey and Athletics Director Tom Jurich glossed over it. Why have a morals clause if it is not going to be enforced? Or is it, as I suspect in Pitino's case, selective enforcement?.
