Governor Noem of SD said, “When I grew up, people.. weren’t confused on the difference between boys and girls. We prayed in schools-which by the way, in South Dakota, I’m putting prayer back in our schools.” Norm seems completely to different the #separationofchurchandstate, preferring biblical principles for everyone. Luckily the SD Supreme Court struck down mandatory recitation of the Lord’s Prayer in public school in 1929, and #scotus invalidated school sponsored prayer in 1962.
