Brisbane: Arson Attack on the Commonwealth Games Clock

13 April – Yesterday in Meanjin (Brisbane, so called Australia) we watched on social media as the police brutalised and arrested peaceful Stolenwealth Games protestors on the Gold Coast. They used excessive force on young people, people with disabilities, and elders.

The police also tried to claim one young person self harmed while in their custody. Allies are urgently needed at Camp Freedom on the last two days of the Commonwealth Games, to join peaceful protests and protect the camp, which over the last two weeks, has been threatened by Neo Nazis, racists, and the Queensland Police force. Our action is in no way endorsed by Stolenwealth Games organisers and protestors (who have no knowledge of it), but they have our solidarity through this and more practical acts.

This surfboard clock was launched in 2015 on this fake beach to count down 1000 days until the Commonwealth Games. Time is now up for the Commonwealth, the State, and the weapons of the state — the police. If Queensland wants to slip back so easily to the days of the opppressive and violent Joh Bjelke-Petersen dictatorship, then more resistance can be expected. Fuck the Police. Fuck the Commonwealth. This isn’t the Queen’s Land. The time to decolonise is now, for healing the land and healing the people of the land.

Melbourne: Paint and sledgehammer attack against BAE Systems office

31 Dec – In the final hours of December 2015 we attacked the offices of the defense contractor BAE Systems on River Boulevard in Richmond with paint and sledge hammers.

BAE Systems make billions from war and their technology is responsible for countless civilian deaths worldwide.

This action was carried out as part of Black December, a month of anarchist direct action that was initiated by the anarchist prisoners Nikos Romanos and Panagiotis Argirou in Greece.

We also carried out this action in solidarity with anarchist prisoners held hostage by states worldwide and in solidarity with Indigenous prisoners held hostage by the colonist ‘authorities’ here in so-called ‘Australia’ – all of whom are political prisoners.

Black December is everywhere!

Melbourne: Banner in solidarity with anarchists facing persecution in Spain

In Melbourne on the night of June 13 a banner was hung for the June 13 International Day of Solidarity with Anarchists Facing Persecution from the Spanish state. The banner was hung from a cyclone fence that directly faces busy Punt Rd in Richmond, right near Richmond station and not far from the MCG sports ground.

Solidarity with all anarchist comrades facing persecution via Operation Pandora and Operation Pinata repressive police actions!

Melbourne: Graffiti & flyer action for the comrades in Chile

11 May –  Graffiti & flyer action in the inner-city suburbs of Melbourne for the anarchist comrades facing repression inside the dungeons of the Chilean state. Slogans sprayed for Nataly, Juan and Guillermo – on hunger strike since April 14th and for Tamara Sol Vergara and Natalia Tato Collao. Flyers pasted about the case of Tamara Sol Vergara and the hunger strike of Nataly, Juan & Guillermo.

Sydney: Anarchist actions in solidarity with Greek hunger strikers

2 April – In the context of a call for a day of solidarity with the hunger strikers in Greece, some anarchists in Sydney made some small actions.

Various slogans were painted and posters in English and Greek were pasted throughout inner west suburbs were many Greek migrants reside.

Banners were also hung on highway bridges, and a banner was tied to the façade of the Greek consulate in Sydney CBD, where dozens of leaflets were also thrown.

ATM’s of the Delphi bank in Marrickville were also sealed with glue.

From Sydney to Greece, against prisons, against police.

Victory for the hunger strikers.

Oberon: Arson attack on slaughterhouse

Via BiteBack: “Public notice: As of 02/12/14 the Oberon NSW slaughterhouse will be out of order.

Maintenance work began around 2:00am on the 2nd of December in the roof over the plants main building. Early work was successful, leaving behind only a shadow of the killing machine that originally stood above us. We moved quickly and work best at night anyway, so by the time those who showed up to appreciate our work arrived, we were already on to our next job. We do this for the love of it, the love of liberation, so no payment or gratitude necessary.

Surely this will cause an inconvenience to profiteers of animal abuse, and for this we generously offer any future services to those affected free of charge. No need to leave your name and address, chances are we already know you.

**All workmanship is guaranteed, if for any reason the owners decide to rebuild, we will return to complete all original work.**

Best wishes and happy holidays from your local handymen.

December 2: Oberon Abattoir gutted by fire

A large fire ripped through the Oberon Abattoir early Tuesday morning causing extensive damage to the business, which had only reopened in February this year. Both the Rural Fire Service (RFS) and Oberon Fire and Rescue were called to the Hazelgrove Road blaze at 2.57am. On arrival they found the main building well alight. Inspector Mick Holland from Chifley RFS said there was extensive damage to one of the major buildings.  Continue reading “Oberon: Arson attack on slaughterhouse”

Cunningar: Vehicles torched at duck farm construction site

Bite Back, 22 October: Early morning Monday 13th October, the Animal Liberation Front and Earth Liberation Front decided to pay a visit to Pepe’s Ducks construction site at Linden Rd. Cunningar, NSW.

Targeting Pepe’s business was an easy choice for us, given that they are the biggest Australian supplier of factory duck meat to the masses. But as the human population grows, and Pepe’s $400,000 bill in 2012 for being a fraud has to be paid, it’s no surprise they are seeking to destroy more land and more lives in order to keep themselves on top.

A storm was moving in, and the skies had opened up by the time we reached the site, but without hesitation we decided to act. Incendiary devices were strategically placed and accelerant spread on 3 of their earth destroying machines, and with just a spark, smoke began to fill the sky as we made our departure.

For all those suffering at the hands of their domesticators.

Commodified, but not forgotten.

Blackheath: National Parks depot attacked

via Bite Back: “We claim responsibility for the attack on the National Parks and Wildlife Service on the morning of Thursday 18th September.

NPWS were targeted for their part in the war on wildlife, with an extended history, and a continuing habit of dumping 1080 poison (sodium fluoroacetate) into wild places, all under the public guise of ‘conservation’. Killing and destroying indiscriminately, how many more lives and lands must be destroyed by this groups insane, ecocidal visions and experiments?

To express our outrage, under the cover of night, we entered their depot on Darug/Gundungurra Country (Blackheath, NSW). During our short visit, two vehicles were set upon leaving tyres slashed, windscreens smashed and a little additive into the fuel, just to sweeten the deal.

If you choose to continue to use this land as your dumping ground, you will encounter us again. Our rage will only burn bigger and stronger.

In defense of predators. In defense of wildness.

Plan B: a call for decentralised resistance to the G20 Australia Summit

https://planbg20.wordpress.com/

We Did Not Want To Be Here Again…

We’ve been on the streets before. Carried placards and banners and signed petitions and when nobody listened we’ve thrown bricks and set skips on fire. But we’ve got meals to cook, gardens to grow, books to read, loves to tend. We don’t want to be here, doing this.

This is Plan B.

We just don’t think we have a choice. The gap between rich and poor is still growing. Children routinely die starving while hoarded food rots. The world moves daily closer to feeling the tangible effects of irreversible climate change. Profits flow through borders unimpeded (always into the pockets of the rich) but people are caught in razor wire traps. Alongside Eugene Debs, we recognise our kinship with all living beings. We say that while there is a lower class, we are in it; and while there is a criminal element, we are of it; and while there is a soul in prison (or an illegal detention centre), we are not free. These circumstances force us to fight. Fight for our lives.

And we have a plan.

The G20 is meeting in Brisbane in November. This elite decision making body epitomises the undemocratic nature of state-sponsored global capitalism; delegates from the 20 wealthiest economic zones make self-serving proclamations which affect everyone, without open discussion or oversight. The meeting has been faced with fierce resistance everywhere it has gone but this opposition has been smashed by the heavy hand of the militarised police forces which define our century. We’re sick of seeing our comrades beaten and arrested. We’ve learnt from these mistakes. We have a Plan B. Instead of gathering our strength and marching into the traps they have set for us, we are calling for disseminated disorder. Rather than an arterial block, we want to see a distributed attack on the peripheries.

We are calling for people to form affinity groups in their home towns and autonomously organise decentralised direct action against the G20 and the capitalist occupation of our lives.

See you on the streets!!

Manado, Indonesia: University Building burnt as Direct Solidarity for Pandang Raya

14 Septmber (via 325) Through fire, we sent our direct solidarity to those fighters and arrested comrades who stood against the eviction of the State in Pandang Raya, Makassar, South Sulawesi. We deeply feel connected with those people, although we haven’t seen each other. But your stories, your spirits and your courage, reached us here who are hiding in the dark and awaiting our momentum to hit back at the enemies.

We were waiting for a while, discussing and questioning ourselves. We want to bring the urban war against the enemies into the next level by training ourselves to be more violent. But we couldn’t hold ourselves down and watch all this violence by the State against our sisters in struggle. We won’t let ourselves only be throwing words of solidarity but doing nothing, when you are facing a war to defend your lives and your homes. NO! We are not civil anarchists. We are the angry ones.
