    This thread got me… I think it sums up how a lot of people living in Victoria last year feel. Yesterday was a weird day. Because we all knew vaccination was our way out but it hit different when elimination was officially taken off the table... Give it a read…

    About this time last year we were working 20 hrs a day on trying to help Victoria come up with an escape plan that would see us able to rejoin the rest of the country. I don't know about you, but for me, it was 112 days of slog and copping sh#t - personally and professionally.

    Remember - if you view it only as “a personal choice”… That “personal choice” impacts ever single person you come into contact with. Every. Single. One.

    Make it your project to convince people you know haven’t been vaccinated to do it. I have got 4 people over the line in the last week and it gives you a sense that we are getting somewhere as our numbers climb

    so finally got the opportunity to listen to the Ordineroli Speaking podcast. Wow what an amazing conversation. Amazing to see Greg come through what he has and what he has dealt with. Just wow, not really sure what else to say.

    Victorians, if you're feeling like all you endured was for nothing, it wasn't. Last year, there were no vaccines. You put up with hell for more than six months, saving the country from the same fate. You were shat on and mocked and demonised for it, but you still did it. ♥️

    This is really tough for Victorians but good on Dan Andrews for saying it straight. Really important for people's expectations of where we are in this pandemic to match the reality.
