    Why should bureaucrats sitting in the centre giving out confusing guidelines daily be allowed to wield so much power over states?

    CM: The centre can send central teams to the WB. But, IMCT ask our chief sec & health sec to guide them, then how will they work? Or should we call them as ‘Babus’ & behave as bonded labours. Hon’ble PM you know this, you have been CM of a state. All states must get due respect.
