    This is a Primary health centre in Bihar's Madhubani district that covers a population of 30,000 people from15 villages. Locals say a doctor used to come irregularly. He doesn't come nowadays because he has been deputed on covid duty somewhere else.

    Due to the massive underreporting in the Covid death numbers and the govt's own comorbidity rule, 95% of the eligible families will not get any support. Not to speak about those who didn't have access to medical facilities for testing and treatment. This is just another jumla.
