01. RIGHTS OF USE FOR MASTER USERS

Calendar view by date, shown by months from 1953 onwards. No invasive ads. Possibility to receive e-mail alerts about the matches of the user’s favourite players, teams, managers, national teams or competitions.* (To use this feature, you will need to accept the corresponding check box shown on the form to fill in.) Use of “Watch later” feature. Use of “Advanced later” feature with dozens of filters that can be combined to obtain numerous different search results.

02. MODIFICATIONS OF THE MASTER CONTRACT

FOOTBALLIA may adapt the present Master contract to every moment and circumstance. Likewise, FOOTBALLIA reserves the right to modify the features of the Master version. All substantial modifications will be previously communicated to you. Your use of the Master features after the notification of the present contract will entail your acceptance of the listed changes.

03. PRICING AND PAYMENT METHODS

The normal price applied to the Master service will be of € 3.99 per month when the monthly method of payment is chosen, and € 19.99 per year when the yearly method of payment is chosen. Occasionally there may be promotional offers. Prices include the corresponding taxes for each country. Therefore, for example, in the UK it is 20% for VAT. The payment will be done by credit or debit card through PayPal, or via your PayPal account, thus exempting Footballia of all liability in the payment transaction.

04. DURATION OF THE CONTRACT

The contract is signed for an indefinite duration and will be extendable tacitly according with the fee mode and payment method chosen by the user. The contract may always be terminated by the user through the Unsubscribe feature in the user’s menu on the website www.footballia.net. The termination of the contract by the user at any time will not entail any economic compensation in their favour in any case. Likewise, FOOTBALLIA reserves the right to terminate the present contract in the cases when the user makes wrong use of the content, conducts smear campaigns, etc.

05. CONTROVERSIES

All controversies, disputes or complaint that may arise from, or in relation to the present contract will be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located nearest Footballia’s corporate headquarters with the adequate knowledge and experience to settle down the aforementioned controversy, dispute or complaint.
