Auction volumes nudge marginally higher compared to last week.

Sellers have defied the start of winter, it was the busiest June on record for Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane and Adelaide auction markets. 

There are 1795 scheduled auctions across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Canberra this Saturday. Auction volumes are significantly lower compared to last week, with a 27 per cent drop in scheduled auctions across the major auction markets.

National rental vacancy rates have hit the lowest point since Domain records began in 2017.
