I wish to replace all lights in my house, which is approximately 30 internal lights and 3 outside lights. The internal lights are all downlights and they either don't work, flicker or they get hot. I have noticed the floor is warm upstairs when the light downstairs is left on for more than 2 hours. The external lights are 3 sets of 2 lights which either don't work at all, flicker or dim to slowly going out. The only one I don't want changed is the bathroom. I would also like the smoke alarms checked and changed to the correct type if needed. I would also like a quote on putting lights under the cabinets in the kitchen so I can see the bench at night. Also just a general look at all the electrics in the house to make sure they are up to the latest safety standards.
