We’re on the hunt for a driven and experienced social media, digital marketing and creative gun to join our team!

Located in Collingwood only a short walk from Smith Street, Harvey Taylor is a boutique public relations, social media, influencer and event management agency representing multiple renowned client accounts across the fields of lifestyle, hospitality, product and property.

We are looking for a candidate to join our team as an Account Coordinator, assisting in overall support across all facets of the agency.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and all things digital
  • Strong understanding of popular influencer trends, engagement rates and fresh accounts
  • Experience using Excel and similar admin software
  • Keen eye for design, pop culture trends and creative campaign generation
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • General admin experience
  • Experience in public relations or media a bonus
  • Experience using Canva, Facebook Creator Suite, Business Manager, Sked or similar scheduling software a bonus
  • Experience using Facebook Ads Manager a bonus

Your day to day responsibilities might look like:

  • Filing and clipping digital and print editorial
  • Media monitoring
  • Monitoring and clipping influencer posts and stories
  • Assisting social media team in developing monthly content for multiple clients
  • Copywriting
  • Scheduling content
  • Daily community management across multiple accounts
  • General admin
