Reliquary

An object that contains the relics of a saint or non-religious important figure (i.e. a king). Also referred to as a shrine or a châsse. A reliquary may be used for safeguarding or exhibition of a physical remnant of the saint or icon, such as a piece of clothing, body part, or possession.
