Where severe symptoms exist for children after acute COVID, it's important we recognise it and support them in their recovery Fortunately, it appears uncommon and comparable to other viral illnesses in children ps: look out for the CLoCK study! https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/977177/Children_and_young_people_with_Long_Covid__CLoCK_.pdf … 5/5

A good physician is able to appreciate and communicate low risk & good news without also demonising, humiliating and making others feel as if what they deem is worrying is actual illogical thinking and fear mongering. A difficult skill to master.
