    Even in obscene cases as the 2019 Naqab raid, no individual, system, or policy has been taken to count. The culture of impunity allows the Israeli occupation and apartheid regime to systematically subject Palestinian detainees to numerous violations of their basic rights.

    Despite the imminent threat, the necessary CT chest scan appointment given to Amal by the IPS is in August 2021. This date stands in contrast to the strong recommendations of the examining physician, who recommended a CT scan of the chest “as soon as possible.”
