    So far, 11 states have decided to float global tenders for vaccines months after India exported close to 70 million vaccines. India is facing acute shortage of vaccines and there is no transparency on vaccine distribution

    Indian states have to now directly compete with other states, corporations and other developed countries to secure vaccines. Like and her guests last night mentioned, the chances of anyone batting an eye to these tenders are close to 0.
