Hi there Earlier this year, the living room in my apartment was flooded from an overflowing dishwasher and the corner skirting on the gyprock wall has expanded from the water. As a result, the plaster has also expanded and cracked. I need the following works completed: 1. Check that there isn't structural damage from the water (less than 5% of the wall was affected so I don't think there is but just want to be sure) 2. Replace that section of skirting in the living room and the skirting on the other side which is in the bedroom - here are the measurements length-wise (not height): - Living room = 20cm and 120cm (L-shaped corner) - Bedroom = 62cm and 80cm (L-shaped corner) I can send photos through with the measurements if you need. Colour of car is currently a gun metal grey colour. Would like just a quote atm for a complete respray to a metallic black look. The dings I'm mentioning are from shopping trolleys and other people's car doors being opened onto mine. I do have some lines/scratches on the back left hand side either on or just before the rear tyre well caused by a shopping trolley. This was caused by some idiot doing a burnout at the local shopping centre where he not only managed to do damage to MY car (which was actually parked 4 spaces AWAY from the trolley bay), he managed to completely bend over 2 trolley bays taking them both out (the thick screws or whatever they use to secure the trolley bay into the concrete to keep them upright) of the concrete. Centre Management became aware of the situation and when I went and spoke to them regarding my car, I was told that no security cameras are in that location, there was nothing they can do and as per the signs erected in the carpark, owners park their vehicles in the carpark at their own risk therefore centre management are NOT liable for any theft or DAMAGES to patrons/customers vehicles.
