Here’s the compilation’s statement:
we, the undersigned, believe that the UK court’s decision to withdraw
puberty suppressors to trans children is a gross crime against children
and will lead not only to distress at this time but also distress as
these children move into adulthood.
we, the undersigned, believe without reservation in medical
interventions being led not by moral outrage or fake statistics but in
actual science. as a result of this, the download will include a pdf of
the most recent study into suicidality and puberty blockers, the
bibliography of which should allow you the opportunity for more study
should you wish to do so.

a short note: some artists contributing to this album wished to have
their name removed from their contributions due to the violence that has
become normal towards those who stand up for trans people and in
particular for trans youth. in a world where human rights activists such
as trans rights activists, feminists, anti-racism campaigners,
anti-fascists and black lives matter are accused of being violent it is
telling that this was needed.

and it’s Trans Mountain pipeline has failed to receive the free, prior
informed consent of the Secwepemc whose territory this tar sands
pipeline would bisect. Some of the most pristine water and salmon
bearing rivers and tributaries are being threatened right now in order
to transport some of the dirtiest oil in the world from land-locked
Alberta to tidewater, to the global market. Secwepemc have joined in a
Secwepemc National Assembly in 2017 at Clearwater, Secwepemc Territory
where Secwepemc passed a nation wide declaration in opposition to the
Trans Mountain pipelines and its man camps from being built in

MONDAY MUSIC: today I’ve got the deconstructed ‘doom-dub’ of finnish
anarchists GRMMSK. nihilistic reggae versions stretched and distorted in
the deep woods of Finland into haunting new forms. It sounds like decay
and entropy, but in a chill way. Deceptively simple yet deeply textured
and rich, these dubbed out jams are like nothing I have heard. Highly
recommended! There are a few projects from this collective to check out
at this page, as well, such as Cold Sore and Totstellen (both noise
acts)…all formats are available from this DIY operation…CDs, vinyl,
tapes, digital, pick your poison, but be sure to swallow something!
