Flipside is an established Distribution Company based in Sydney. As well as Wholesale and Retail Stores, Flipside operates 3 leading retail ecommerce sites, www.carhartt-wip.com.au & www.supplystore.com and www.stussy.com.au. We are searching for an enthusiastic fast learner to join our expanding E-Commerce department based in Darlinghurst, Sydney.
Applicants for the E-Commerce Customer Service position should be:
- Highly organised
- Able to work individually & in a team environment
- Willing to learn numerous new skill sets
- Prides themselves in their attention to detail
- Able to resolve situations in a relaxed and thought out manner
The Position and tasks to be undertaken by the successful applicant includes:
- Reconciling daily payments and orders for multiple websites
- Answering customer calls
- Answering customer emails
- Processing orders, exchanges and returns
- Liaising with store staff and warehouse staff on a daily basis
- Picking, packing and dispatching orders
- Assisting in keeping office and warehouse tidy
The Successful Applicant would benefit (but not restricted to) having a sound understanding in:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook
- Magento 2
- Umbraco Web Platform
- Navision Inventory Management
