Sure thing. We’ll show you how to update your Home Alert preferences, and how to unsubscribe from receiving emails from Domain.

Changing Home Alert preferences and unsubscribing

1. Open Preferences
   

   To change or update your Home Alerts and eBrochure preferences, click your Domain Account drop down menu, in the top right, and click Preferences
   
   
   
   
   Then click My Emails.
   
   
   
   
2. Select your preferences
   The only options selected by default will be Home Alerts and Early Access. Click on the boxes to untick/deselect any email types, then click Save. This is also how you unsubscribe from ALL Home Alerts, and any other emails.
   
   
   
   
   
   

Updating, Deleting and Unsubscribing From Individual Home Alerts

Home Alerts cannot be updated as such - they can only be deleted. If you want to update your Home Alert, simply run a new search and save it.

1. Open Home Alerts
   Click on your account drop-down menu then Click Saved search or Home alerts
   
   
   
   
   
2. Delete or change frequency
   Click on the X to delete a saved search, or if you would like to keep the saved search, but not receive Home Alerts, set the email alert to ‘Never’
